Saying you are busy is always an excuse! Well when I say it, I am not using it as an excuse! I really have been busy! For those of you who don't know, I started a new job about a month ago. I am thankful that I have a job and I truly LOVE IT!! This just limits my blog time! Maybe if this blogging thing paid more, I could quit my day job! Hahaha....
Anyway, the count down begins to the holiday season! This past weekend we were surprised with my mother in law getting a trip up to the twin cities! For those who don't know my mother in law, she is a 18 wheeler cross country truck driver. We are always excited when she gets a load up to Minnesota! This week is already flying by and then every weekend is jam packed with activities, parties and even a wedding, before Christmas!
I am excited to say that we are not even going to be around for the holidays, as we are flying to Florida on Christmas eve then off to North Captiva island for my brothers wedding! I am excited to spend time with family and welcome Angie into our family!
So with all this hustle and bustle, I promise to blog all the funny, eventful things that happen! Happy Holidays!

Glad to see that you haven't fallen off the face of the planet. You're not the only one that's been busy lately. Another blogger that I follow hasn't posted since she got her job. I'm still in not busy mode.
I'd be happy as a clam to get out of MN at Christmas. While I like the "white Christmas" stuff, out on a beach wouldn't be a bad gig either! Have a safe trip! : )
Sounds like you are going to have a wonderful Christmas! I know the feeling of being busy it seems like the days are just flying by. I really need to start blogging after the first of the year again.
